It’s a lie.

You can’t simply sit.

At rest, you tell yourself you’re lazy.

In spite of your best efforts to create margin, you somehow always find a way to fill those empty calendar days.

You’ve completely bought into the idea that being productive means you must always be busy.

It’s a lie, though.

What if you were actually the most productive by doing less?

Think of it. No more feeling burned out or like you just can’t catch up. No more running from one event to the next. No more feeling like you can’t just sit for fear nothing will get done.

That’s not the way any of us are supposed to live.

Where did this belief come from? How did it become so deeply ingrained in you?

Have you ever considered your role in changing not only the narrative, but the way your kids see you navigate the world?

You can do less and you’re worth it to explore why you feel like you can’t.
